Introduction
Add members module will you help you to create list of your organization users or employees who need access to the rehook dashboard.
Invite user flow
Step 1: Go to Add members module
- Click on 'members' tab from setting module
- Click on 'Invite members' CTA
- System will open 'Invite a member' modal
step 2: Enter the member details
- Name: name of the member
- Email: valid email address of the member. this email will be used to login to rehook dashboard
- Select role: Select the role of member. please note that, currently you can invite only admin role users.
- Click on 'Invite member' CTA
- If entered member user is valid, then user will receive a verification email
step 3: Verify member email
- Ask member to login to their official email
- Open verification email sent by rehook (if not received, please check your spam folder)
- Click on 'VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT' CTA given on email
- It will redirect the user to new browser window to verify the email address
- You user will see below success message once email is verified.
step 4: Member login
- Visit our dashboard link https://dashboard.rehook.ai/
- Enter the email address and a new password (login email should be same as email configured in add members module)
- OR login using google
- click on 'Continue'
- Logged in member will be now considered as an 'Active member'.
Add members dashboard
You can perform following actions on members dashboard against a already created member
Resend Invite link
You can resend the invite link to the members if they have not received the verification email.
- Go to Add members tab
- You will see a list of members
- Click on kebab menu under action column
- click on 'Resend Invite' CTA
Revoke Access
You can revoke the member access if access is provided to a wrong member.
- Go to Add members tab
- You will see a list of members
- Click on kebab menu under action column
- click on 'Revoke access' CTA
Grant access
You can grant access to member whose access who revoked.
- Go to Add members tab
- You will see a list of members
- Click on kebab menu under action column
- click on 'Grant access' CTA
Edit Access
You can edit the members name and role
- Go to Add members tab
- You will see a list of members
- Click on kebab menu under action column
- click on 'Edit Access' CTA (this CTA will be shown against active members only)
- Edit the name and role in edit member modal
- Click on 'Save' CTA modify the changes
Members dashboard
- You can only create admin user as of now and admin will have access to the modules and application by default.
- Once member is created, you cannot edit member email id . please revoke the access from old member and create a new member with correct email id
- Login email should be same as email configured in add members module
- Invited members will be consider as active member after member verify their email address and login to rehook dashboard
